Intellectual Property Statement

This Intellectual Property Statement explains ownership of the ISOweld platform and related rights. ISOweld is created and operated by Damien Crane (ABN: 50 803 660 487), New South Wales, Australia. This Statement should be read with the Terms of Use, EULA, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Ownership of ISOweld

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in ISOweld are owned by Damien Crane. This includes, without limitation:

source code, application logic, workflows, and underlying architecture;
database structures, schemas, field designs, and record models;
page layouts, dashboards, interface components, visual design, and branding;
written content, generated templates, policy text, help content, and supporting materials;
software features, modules, business logic, and system integrations developed for ISOweld.

2. Trademarks and Branding

The names “ISOweld”, associated branding, logos, slogans, and distinctive presentation elements are the property of Damien Crane unless otherwise specified. No right is granted to use branding or trade dress except as expressly permitted in writing.

3. Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to compliance with applicable agreements and payment obligations, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use ISOweld for legitimate internal business purposes. This licence does not grant ownership of the Platform or any component of it.

4. Prohibited Intellectual Property Uses

Without prior written consent, you must not:

copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit ISOweld;
reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to recreate source code or protected logic;
remove copyright notices, ownership statements, or attribution;
reproduce the design, structure, content, or system layout for a competing product;
use ISOweld content, branding, or outputs in a misleading or unauthorised manner.

5. User-Uploaded Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully upload to ISOweld, such as documents, records, certifications, job files, and images. By uploading content, you grant Damien Crane and ISOweld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, and reproduce that content only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Platform.

6. Customer Data Ownership

Customer operational data, employee records, compliance records, and uploaded documents remain the property of the relevant customer or lawful rights holder. Nothing in this Statement transfers ownership of customer data to ISOweld. ISOweld’s rights in customer data are limited to service delivery, support, security, backups, lawful compliance, and system operation.

7. Third-Party Components

ISOweld may incorporate or interact with third-party services, APIs, libraries, frameworks, or platforms. Such components remain subject to the intellectual property rights and licence terms of their respective owners. Nothing in this Statement overrides those third-party rights.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit ideas, feedback, improvement suggestions, or feature requests relating to ISOweld, you acknowledge that Damien Crane may use, adapt, and implement those suggestions without obligation to compensate or attribute you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorised use of ISOweld intellectual property may result in suspension or termination of access, legal action, injunctive relief, damages claims, and any other remedies available under law.

10. Changes to This Statement

This Statement may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published at https://isoweld.damocrane.com/ip.php.
